Biden Loses a Serious Amount of Votes in the South Dakota Primary
Peer Reviewed Politics: If anything is a tell tale of what is about to happen in November 2024, South Dakotains maybe sending a loud and clear message to the Biden Administration.
President Joe Biden suffered a serious battering in South Dakota, after Sleepy Joe failed to attract about a quarter of votes in South Dakota's primary election. According to the Associated Press on June 04, 2024, President Biden had won the South Dakota primary with 74.6 percent of the vote, with 99 percent of votes being counted when this was reported. Biden obtained about 13,365 votes.
Despite Joe Biden winning the South Dakota primary, one in four voters had voted for other candidates who are or were running against sleepy Joe. That's roughly 25.4% of the voters who decided sleepy Joe wasn't for them.
It appears all the law fare against Former President Trump is not working as planned by the Biden Administration. It also appears the more law fare against Former President Trump is having the opposite affect desired by the Biden Administration. It also appears that voter maybe also looking at sleepy Joe's age and his mental acuity too.
Democrats have been scrambling to stop the serious bleeding and have desperately been doing what ever they (including law fare) can to stop the Former President's rise in the polls. Democrats even went as far as to sending Robert De Niro and the officers from the fake Jan. 6, 2021 so-called insurrection to the Former President Trump's trial at a New York courthouse on May 28, 2024, whereas these Democrats all showed up to campaign for sleepy Joe Biden while the Former President was on trial. Talk about desperation, geez. You can read more about this here
South Dakota has partially closed primaries, which means only members of the Democratic Party and registered independents only can vote in the primary, so no Republicans could vote in the primary, unlike Democrats commonly do in Republican elections in Blue States.
Earlier in May 2024, sleep Joe won the Kentucky Democratic primary with about 71.3% of the vote. Nearly 30 percent Kentuckians voted against the sleepy one. As it stands so far, Kentucky was the fifth-worst primary result for President Bidenin in 2024, whereas almost 18% of the Kentucky voters were 'uncommitted'. In Michigan, it was over 13% who voted 'uncommitted' with some reporting in exit polls that they were protesting Biden's response to the latest war between Hamas and Israel.
President Joe Biden has a one the worst disapproval ratings among recent presidents too, which polls range from 54% with sample sizes of nearly 1300 people in the most favorable liberal polls, like NPR/PBS/Marist and as high as 63% in the Pew Research Poll, with sample sizes of nearly 9000 adult people. Polls among registered voters on sleepy Joes disapproval rating are much worse.
More and more it looks like sleepy Joe and the Biden Administration are handing the November 2024 election to
the former President Trump on a silver platter.

Video: Comey Reacts to the Durham Report: ‘There’s Always Going To Be Mistakes’
Transcript:
Willie Geist: “So as for the Durham report, 300 pages, four years investigating the investigators, one of the
things that did come out of it was that procedures, regular FBI procedures, were ignored, that steps were
missed along the way in this investigation. In fact, Director Wray said, when the report came out,
yeah, we acknowledged that a couple of years ago, and we’ve changed all that. Those changes are
already in place. Do you acknowledge perhaps that some mistakes were made along the way?”
James Comey: “Oh, definitely. And they were found four years ago by the inspector general. So there’s
nothing new in this new document.”
Willie Geist: “What were some of those mistakes from your point of view?”
James Comey: “Oh, that the FBI didn’t communicate clearly the status of certain sources. They didn’t double
check certain information before putting it in a court application for foreign intelligence wiretap, and a
bunch of others.”
Willie Geist: “And so do you believe now as these — some of these politicians call for defunding of the FBI
that that has been corrected and that now the procedures are in place to avoid those kinds of mistakes in the
future?”
James Comey: “I think so. But in complex investigations there’s always going to be mistakes. It doesn’t
mean the FBI is incompetent, honest and independent.”
Jonathan Lemire: “So, director, with some distance now, from your time there with that investigation and everything
that came into that 2016 election, are there things that you wish you had done differently?”
James Comey: “Oh, plenty. I mean, plenty of small things. In the main I think the FBI did it in the right way
during a very difficult time in 2016.”

Video: Raskin: ‘The President Does Not Have the Authority to Turn the Proud Boys, or the Oath Keepers, or Any Other Private Militia into an Official State Militia’
Peer Reviewed Politics™ Commentary: Jamie Raskin could not be more wrong. We thought that this guy is a lawyer? Yale must be
really disappointed in Jamie. Anyhow, there is a simple document that Jamie Raskin could use to verify this, its's called the Constitution. But
in case Jamie Raskin doesn't know how to read that document, Jamie Raskin can do this simple test to figue this out. First of all, can a sheriff deputize
a citizen, Jamie Raskin? That answer is yes in case you did not know.
So, if a sheriff can deputize a citizen, what makes you think that the Top Cop, Chief Law Enforcement, or Commander and Chief of the Military can't do
this? Yes, he can deputize citizens and he can make someone a general in the Military, if need be. Is this common? No, its not common to do
this, but if there is an emergency or emergent need, the President has this power to do this. Its really strange that Jamie Raskin would even say
this considering he supposedly has law license and he is a representative of the people in the House of Represnetatives.
By the way Jamie, January 6 was not an insurrection, if it would have been an insurrection, you would not be in congress anymore. Jamie Rasking needs
to knock off the BS.
Transcripts:
Chris Hayes: “This is a member of the January six committee, and he joins me now. It’s good to have you. Are you following this trial at
all, is a committee following?”
RASKIN: “Very closely.”
Chris Hayes: “I’m wondering, is there a surprise to you that the January six committee, and federal law enforcement is the tool disposal with
different investigative methods? The Department of Justice has cooperators, who will then give them things. Are you still learning from the
trial?”
RASKIN: “We are learning that stewart rhodes only defense, which is that he anticipated the insurrection act being invoked by the former president,
has already collapsed. They have, already, put on evidence demonstrating that he saw that as legal cover for what he was going to do, regardless, and
he anticipated is far bloodier exercise without the thin veneer of this presidential . The thing that was certain to begin with is instead of being
charged with murder, he said, I thought I was going to be deputized by the sheriff, but I wasn’t. In other words, I had no legal authority, but I thought
I would. That doesn’t help you. In any of vent, the president does not have the authority to turn the Proud Boys, or the Oath Keepers, or any
other private militia into an official state militia. Those are organized by the states, the Constitution says officers are appointed by the
state government, and they exist under the discipline created by Congress. Is what I’m assuming, this Yale law school graduate understands makes no
sense, but thought that he could throw some legal smoke screens up over what was, clearly, dangerous, insurrectionary activity. This is a
violent insurrection.”

Video: Stephen Colbert Misleads His Audience On Congressional Stop-Gap Funding Bill Calling It A FEMA Funding Bill and Claiming Rick Scott and 16 Other GOP Congress Members Voted Against FEMA Funding.
Peer Reviewed Politics™ Commentary: Stephen Colbert who hosts the Late Show misleads his audience by calling a Federal Stop-Gap Funding Bill which
is use to keep the government open, a FEMA Federal Funding Bill for Hurricane Ian, which is untrue. After telling the audience the fake news, the
audience boo'ed 17 GOP members who voted no on another spending bill, which don't address actual hurricane relief thats needed for the State of Florida.
The Stop-Gap funding measure provides more than $12 billion for Ukraine to maintain its momentum in fending off Russian attacks, $1 billion in heating
assistance for low-income families, $112 million for Federal Court security, $20 million for the water crisis in Jackson, MS., and billions in disaster
aid. Also in the bill is a five-year reauthorization of the user fee programs that fund much of the FDA’s work, in addition to extra flexibility for FEMA
to spend more from the Disaster Relief Funds. The fund currently has about $15 billion in it. This Stop-Gap bill doesn’t specifically
include or address funding for that storm’s recovery, so this is the reason why the 17 GOP members voted against the bill. This why you don't get your
news from a comedian. There is no peer-review.
Transcript:
Stephen Colbert: This weekend, I’m sure, that you, like me, were horrified by the scale of the devastation in Florida. Our hearts go out to
everyone down there, but what they really need is our support. So if you want to donate, we have pinned a list of charities to the top of our Twitter
page, @colbertlateshow. Thankfully, help is already on the way. President Biden has approved an emergency declaration for Florida, and federal aid
has been made available to the state. Well, thank goodness! The roads down there are a mess, people’s homes are destroyed, and all that’s left
of epcot are the boring parts— otherwise known as epcot.
( laughter )
Anyway, FEMA is on the case, and things will hopefully start to get better soon, no thanks to Florida’s congress people. On Thursday and Friday, the
house and the Senate both approved a bill that included over $18 billion to help states with natural disasters. You might be surprised who voted against
it: all 16 g.o.p. Members of Florida’s congressional team, and Florida senator Rick Scott, seen here screaming “avada kedavra...”

Steve Hilton: Its interesting, everybody has an interest in the U.S. Senate but this seems like exactly the wrong kind of person we want to elevate to
the Senate right now.
Gerald Malloy: If we go with the status quo we have $31 trillion of debt it is time for a change. You mentioned it very negative perceptions and
a lack of performance lack of access. Career politicians are not willing to make that choice to get us back on track.
Steve Hilton: I have been reading your campaign materials positioning yourself as an outsider. Like you defeated in the primary the
establishment Republican.
Gerald Malloy: I love our state and country have served our country 42 years government industry and business, but I just want to get back on track
running on my own merit people ask what will happen for the presidential race? We will wait and see we have not even declared yet but the response has

Video: Gingrich: Fetterman’s Tattoo Either References a Song About Heroin Use or a Tribute to L.A. Gang ‘Crips’
TRANSCRIPT:
Sean Hannity: Are they going to be able to win with a game plan?
Newt Gingrich Well, I think you see both with Fetterman in Pennsylvania and Mandela Barnes in Wisconsin that the weight of their radical ideas is
gradually killihg their campaigns. The lead that Fetterman had when he was unknown people then realize a pro murderer he was, how pro-drug legalization
he was, how much she was in fact a threat to the very safety of the community. Member Philadelphia yesterday heather 1,000 carjacking of the
year. Setting an all-time record for the number of carjackings in Philadelphia. Over 70% of the voters in Philadelphia, say that crime is the
greatest concern that safety is our greatest concern. That is a huge burden for Fetterman to begin to see it in the polls. Wisconsin, once he
got through the primary, Ron Johnson began to point out how really radical and pro-criminal how anti-victim Mandela Barnes was. Barnes fell behind and
I suspect that race may be a blow away by the time the done because Barnes is positions are so radical that he is in a sense so full of himself as a whole
point up the way that he made fun of Steve Scalise. These people are on the verge of being sick. In the case of Fetterman, he got a tattoo that
was either a reference to a song in favor of heroin use, or was attribute to the Crips, which was a Los Angeles based very violent gang. Which actually was
in Fetterman’s hometown, which worked with Fetterman in his election, so you look at that and think how much does the average Pennsylvanian want to have a
pro-criminal, pro murderer candidate who is for also for much higher taxes, is against oil and gas is an industry. And generally would represents
virtually no value that exists in Pennsylvania. In Wisconsin you have the same problem with Mandela Barnes and I think outside of maybe the
Madison University of Wisconsin crowd, Barnes is gonna find that Wisconsin is a very tough state this year.

Video: Tucker Slams Dems Politicizing Hurricane Ian: Watch How NOAA Director Shuts Down Don Lemon
Transcript:
Carlson: “This is a Fox News alert. Hurricane Ian, as we have told you, has crushed the state of Florida, more than a million people have no
power. This is a catastrophe. It’s a national disaster. People will certainly be killed because of it. Under circumstances like
that, decent people put politics aside for a moment, because they’re not ghouls. They realize some things, like life and death, are more important
than politics. They don’t give political sermons at funerals, for example. But at MSNBC there’s no reason to abide by the basic standards of
decency. So, today, that channel invited former Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill to deliver a sermon to everyone stuck without power in Florida,
facing death, and that message was ‘Stop complaining about Joe Biden, serfs!’”
[Clip starts]
McCASKILL: “When it’s all over, I hope some of those Floridians who hate the federal government remember that the federal government is there for them at
a time of disaster.”
BRZEZINSKI: “Absolutely.”
[Clip ends]
Carlson: “Can you imagine? Lecturing people who are cowering in their houses, trying not to get killed? No decency. No shame. None
of them have any shame or any decency. Over at CNN, Don Lemon repeatedly tried to link the hurricane to climate change — it’s the first hurricane
ever. And that’s when his guest, Jamie Rohme, shut him down, because unlike Don Lemon, Jamie Rohme knows what he’s talking about, he’s the Director of

Kari Lake: That might be the biggest, best gift I’ve ever received. I mean, the people of Wyoming can’t stand her. I’m pretty much sure that
the people of Arizona don’t like Liz Cheney. You know, here’s the deal, Maria. The Republican Party, the new Republican Party, is the party

Video: Jason Whitlock: Democrats Are ‘Becoming Fools Led By Fools’
TRANSCRIPT:
Carlson: “Jason Whitlock is the host of “fearless” and joins us tonight. Jason, thank you very much for coming on. We’ve made so much fun
of Joe Biden being out of it obviously, he very much still is, but more impressive than the people who will replace him.”
WHITLOCK: “He is. And Tucker, as much as I enjoyed that monologue and understand to some degree you’re being in tongue-in-cheek, just pointing
out the obvious, making fun of these people, and some of it made me laugh, but this is very serious. Part of it, when I was listening to you, I
started thinking about biblical scripture, started thinking about where the Democrats are, and their godless policies they’re beholding to. I
started thinking about Romans 1:22, professing themselves to be wise they became fools. That’s what we’re watching. We’re watching a group of
people that thinks they’re the smartest people in the history of the planet. They think they don’t need God. They think God’s truth is irrelevant,
and they’re becoming fools led by fools. Their minds are given to a wickedness that happens when you ignore God’s logic. That’s also from
Romans, verse 28, if you want to look it up. It’s so obvious to everybody, even their peers, even their supporters. Someone like a Bill
Maher, longtime comedian, big platform, big brand, always a leftest. We’re watching him pivot in real time, to mocking his own base. Every
Friday night on HBO. It’s because that’s how outlandish and insane and how corrupted their minds are and how foolish they look, that he can’t resist,
week after week after week making fun of these people. They think they’re the smartest people on the planet. They think they’re smarter than
God. They think they can decide who’s a man and a woman. They think they can castrate our kids. They think they can drag our kids to drag
shows. They think that God doesn’t matter. They’re fools. We’re witnessing. You’re exposing it night after night. I love you for
it.”

MAYORKAS: “Well, we are doing so much, Jose. You know what our policy is? Our policy is to enforce the law. And that is indeed what
we are doing. Individuals who arrive at our border, who do not have a legal basis to remain in the United States, are being removed. And those that
do have a valid basis under the laws that Congress has passed are able to stay as the law provides. That is our policy: to enforce immigration law.
